Focus Group Moderating
NSRC has moderated focus groups with consumers and business professionals on a wide range of topics. Our professional moderators manage your session from start to finish, developing a customized screener and discussion guide to meet your exact requirements, leading the sessions and providing insightful qualitative analysis following the sessions. NSRC moderators are also available for qualitative research beyond focus groups, including in-depth interviews via telephone or on site.
Focus Group Recruiting
All of the recruiting is done in-house by carefully trained and supervised recruiters. Recruits are filled to clients’ exact specifications. Designated project managers send updated rosters on a daily basis while the recruit is in progress. NSRC maintains a Cuyahoga County based consumer database with new names added weekly. NSRC is also experienced in recruiting from client-provided and purchased lists. NSRC recruits for virtual focus groups held online or over the telephone.
