The National Survey Research Center (NSRC) founded in 1949 is a full service marketing research and consulting company.
Adept at both business-to-business and consumer research, NSRC offers a variety of quantitative and qualitative data collection methodologies. NSRC has the in-house capabilities to take projects from inception (project planning, questionnaire design) to completion (data collection, analysis, reporting of results).
NSRC takes pride in our role of telephone research specialists. With decades of experience and dedication to quality, we successfully complete thousands of interviews by phone each month.
We prefer to build stategic, lasting partnerships with our clients when possible. Our goal is to be a valuable extension of our client’s team. Honesty is essential – if we do not believe your project is the right fit for our organization, we’ll be upfront about it. We approach projects with enthusiasm combined with attention to detail.
We set the bar high and have appropriate quality control measures in place such as call recording, on site and remote monitoring and ongoing interviewer training.
NSRC team members work together to consistently provide high quality research.
NSRC staff members are detail-oriented and committed to their clients and the custom research projects they complete for them. Project managers, programmers, and call specialists all proactively ask the right questions to ensure that projects stay on track and desired results are achieved.
